These reversible (duplex) dies are used basically for machine screws and can be furnished with Unified, UNRor Metric thread forms to meet your specific needs. All National's SUPER REVERSIBLE DIES are custom built and can be made to roll 4 edges, which can double your production.
All dies are properly chamfered and relieved. They are available with or without starting serrations (crossnicks). Dies can be furnished to any width of face desired. National's extreme accuracy is maintained on die size - lead angle -thread form - thread angle and lead correction. Every critical die tolerance is held to a minimum. Our special heat treating techniques assure maximum die life. Single-face dies are also available.
