Since these dies are custom built, blue prints, sketches, samples or detailed specifications should be furnished to ensure the dies conform to your exact requirements.
Dies are available to roll either a straight or diamond knurl. Unless otherwise stated, straight knurls will be furnished. Matched dies can be supplied to thread and knurl in one operation.

CONVERT WORN OR OBSOLETE INVENTORY
The cost of the tool steel used in all flat thread rolling dies warrants the reworking of worn out dies, especially in the larger sizes. Savings can be up to 40% in quantity. Reworking offers the option to change thread size/pitch combinations to produce another size part. Dies are reduced in thickness approximately 1/8" (3mm) per threaded surface during each rework. |
